Outgoing orders 'stuck' in system, causing stock discrepancies

There are occasionally products listed as having stock 'on-hand' and 'outgoing' even though there are no current orders for those products. This causes stock count issues, because without going through every open order, it looks as though there should be more stock than there actually is.
As an example, the product in the attached screenshot is not listed in any 'to confirm' or 'to ship' orders. It seems as though some order that has been shipped in the past has not been accounted for properly by Orderhive.
