Starshipit allows us to audit addresses, combine and auto select carriers based on PO code etc all automatically.. I would strongly suggest you get a Demo account with Starshipit as it is the most used system here in Australia and NZ to my knowledge..Its really easy to use, so if it is possible, kindly try to add this.
