When someone orders two of the same item and size it only lets you scan it once. It allows us to easily miss an item because it does not tell you to scan another. Please add a feature to scan two of the same exact item. It would be helpful if two of the same exact items maybe even had their own lines so we did not overlook the quantity.

Kimberly Barker I am having problems setting up the scan & verify function and think the issues may be related to the type of scanner I am using. Can you share the make and model of scanner that you use please.

Jayneel, to be honest, this is basic function and it is very important. if we cannot scan the right quantity, it leaves this scanning to dispatch function useless, at the end of the day, we have to check it manually, which waste time. I realise this feedback was posted 1.5 years ago, OMG. this should have been done as soon as possible

Jiabin: totally agree with this. It has happened to me several times that I send the order incomplete. It's a basic thing that needs to be adressed.

This is a must have, the main point of the scan to pack for us is not only to make sure the correct items are put in the order but that the correct quantity makes it as well. For orders that have multiple of an item you can pop a small box up after scanning allowing them to type the number of product they want to pass which will still work off that initial single scan.

If more than one item is scanned it does not verify only the first item. It is very confusing. The green check should only shown if every single item is scanned and verified.
It would be very good if the shipment could not process until all the needed is scanned correctly

Jayneel Patel: It would be amazing if you guys could integrate with groovepacker, They have a very nice feature rich scan to pack system that is also very pleasing to the eyes as much as its functional.

Some of our customers have large quantity in order and most of them just require to verify the right item. We will wait for more customer comments on this.

Jayneel Patel: this is a must have feature. Maybe creating a pack and ship option separated to scan and verify. It would be very helpful that we have this feature, I personally have shipped several incomplete orders because the customer orders two of the same. Now I verify manually and double check the item quantities, but it would be great to have tha system checking that you got the exact item counts on the order.. Thank you
