In some shopping systems if an order is attempted by a customer but the customers card is declined, the order is still placed in the system but with the status of cancelled. Orderhive then imports this into the system as a cancelled order. If then the user on your website attempts to pay again with a new card which is then accepted the order on your shopping system is then "paid" or similar, yet will stay as cancelled in Orderhive with no way to change it. We need the ability to change the status of an order within Orderhive from cancelled to something else such as confirmed / shipped / delivered. (This problem can also occur if you accidentally cancel the wrong order in the Orderhive system - again the ability to re-activate a cancelled order would save a lot of problems in this situation).
