Ability to change the status from cancelled to confirmed
In some shopping systems if an order is attempted by a customer but the customers card is declined, the order is still placed in the system but with the status of cancelled. Orderhive then imports this into the system as a cancelled order.
If then the user on your website attempts to pay again with a new card which is then accepted the order on your shopping system is then "paid" or similar, yet will stay as cancelled in Orderhive with no way to change it.
We need the ability to change the status of an order within Orderhive from cancelled to something else such as confirmed / shipped / delivered.
(This problem can also occur if you accidentally cancel the wrong order in the Orderhive system - again the ability to re-activate a cancelled order would save a lot of problems in this situation).

Jayneel Patel: Thank you - I know it has also been suggested that a duplicate order should be created to get around this problem - however if you do that you also loose the "linking" between the order and the sales channel so when statuses change in the new order they are not reflected on the website it was originally placed. This is why its so important to be able to change the status of a cancelled order rather than just duplicate it :)
