Issue with Returns when item is not re-saleable

When processing a return and selecting the condition as Unsaleable the return is not completed and seems to loop back to awaiting handover.
Obviously need to record the fact an item has been returned but when it's condition will not allow us to put back into stock we don;t want stock level adjusted. The way your system seems to want to work but is currently just looping in this bug.
