when importing products, orderhive should show some kind of update to the user that what happened with the import. Was it successful ? did it fail? is it in progress?

It shows the log in the notification detailing the status of product imports

If importing from excel file it will show you this data in the notifications dialog. Maybe you are referring to importing direct from integration?
